'NBSC'S MASSIVE GIVEAWAY' TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Promotion Overview: This promotion consists of two parts:

    • Part One: Eligible participants have the opportunity to receive a full refund of their order price.
    • Part Two: Eligible participants have the chance to win a "Mercury MK1 Speaker Kit" (with Knockdown Cabinet) valued at $649.95.

  2. Entry Requirements: To enter either part of the promotion, participants must:

    • Make a purchase on the NB Speaker Cables website.
    • Only purchases made through www.nbspeakercables.com.au will be eligible. Speaker kits themselves are not eligible for the "Full Refund" promotion.
    • Use the promotional code "GIVEITBACK10" during the purchase process.

  3. Promotion Period: The promotion begins on the 3rd of Mat 2024 and ends on 30 June 2024 ("Promotion Period").

  4. Draw Date: The draws for both giveaways will take place by Monday, 8th of July 2024.

  5. Eligibility:

    • Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
    • Participants must be residents of Australia.

  6. Prize Details:

    • Part One: Full refund of the order price to eligible participants.
    • Part Two: One winner will receive a "Mercury MK1 Speaker Kit" valued at $649.95.

  7. Winner Notification:

    • Winners will be notified via email and/or the phone number provided during the order process
    • If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days or is ineligible, a redraw may occur.
