Order Processing Time Frames

As all our cables are custom made to order, there will usually be a couple day gap between when you place your order and when they are shipped.

As of February 2019, we now make up cable orders on Tuesdays, Thursdays and the weekend. They will then be posted the following business day. Any order placed before 5pm (SA time) will follow this guideline. Ie, place an order on Monday, your order will be made up Tuesday evening and posted Wednesday. Or, place an order on Thursday at 4pm (SA Time), your order will be made up that Thursday evening and posted the next day (Friday).

We also now offer a 'Priority Service' (found here) for those that want their cables posted within 24 hours.

We do our best to meet these guidelines but orders may be delayed an extra day depending on how many orders need to be made up that evening (we're only a 2 man army)! If this does happen, we will let you know.

We do tend to have the odd holiday/vacation where we aren’t making cables, but we will be sure to make this obvious on our website with an expected time frame.
