How long will it take for my order to be posted?

As all our cables are custom made to order, from the 1st of March 2021 there will be a up to a 1 week lead time on all cable orders from day of placing the order to when the cable is made with the cables being posted the next business day.

As an example, if you place an order on a Monday, the cable will be made by the following Monday and posted the next day on the Tuesday. Fortunately, this will be a worse case scenario with the majority of orders still expected to be made within 2-3 business days and posted the following business day but we do ask you work on the 1 week lead time to avoid disappointment over time frames.


Do you send orders globally?

We are finding international orders taking quite some time to be delivered at the moment. See below an update from AusPost on international postage time frames. We use Standard Postage on all our international orders but can quote Express on request.

We've begun adding 'automated shipping' at checkout for various countries globally. If you're from the US, UK, NZ or Canada, you can checkout as normal. Your shipping cost will automatically be calculated at checkout based on the products selected.

We simply need a rough idea of which cables you're after as postage costs are largely dependent on weight.

We don't add any 'meat' into our postage costs. We simply charge you what AusPost charge us to post the order.

What are the postage costs for Domestic orders?

Standard Post is free on all Cable orders. You can pay an extra $4 and get it posted via Express if you wish.

Orders over $200 are posted Express Post for free (within Australia).

EXCEPT any order including 50-100m rolls of speaker wire, they weigh a $hit load (Superhero cable is 14+ kg a roll) and cost an arm and a leg to post Express so will be sent Standard Post.

All orders will be sent with tracking.

Standard Post is between 3-5 business days with Express generally being overnight. Please note, we are semi-rural and overnight Express post is not guaranteed in our area.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Our cables will probably last a lifetime if used within their intended purposes, but I haven’t lived a full life to be able to guarantee that. If you have trouble with your cables that seem like ‘unfair wear and tear’, flick me an email and we will do what we can to rectify the issue. Obviously, if you use the cable for anything other than its intended purpose, we do not offer refunds (ie, no the cables do not work as a replacement for a jockey whip).

Any returns as a result of manufacturing defects, we will pay return postage. If we send the wrong cables, we will pay the return postage.

As our cables are custom made to order, we do not issue refunds for simply 'changing your mind'. We also do not offer refunds for incorrectly ordered lengths or when the plug does not suit your equipment so please ensure your research is done and you check your lengths prior to ordering. If you're not sure, you're welcome to email us for guidance.

We do also offer a 25% 'buy back' on our cables if they are in good working condition. This requires return postage being paid by the buyer. For more details on this service, you are welcome to email us.
